This booking is not an automatic confirmation of your appointment. We know you are busy and that coming in for an appointment may be difficult. We also know that it's tempting to look into online DIY services. Unfortunately, many people don't realize their DIY documents are poorly drafted until it's too late. In an effort to bridge the gap between these poorly drafted DIY documents and traditional estate planning services, we've created an option that allows you to reap the benefits of both DIY services and traditional estate planning. As part of our virtual estate planning services, we will: 1. Arrange a video or telephone consultation to discuss your wishes and any questions you may have. We will not send you a fill-in-the-blank form as we find that key issues are often missed when we do not go through this information together. 2. Carefully draft your documents and arrange a second video meeting to review these documents in detail. 3. Mail your finalized documents to you with clear instructions on how to execute them in the presence of witnesses and a notary public. 4. Based on your preferences, you will then either send your executed documents back to us for storing and safe-keeping, or send us photocopies of your fully executed documents for our records. We can also offer hybrid services to combine traditional in-person estate planning services with our virtual services. We can discuss options with you as we are here to make this process easier for you. Our services are for Pennsylvania residents only.
